Security
We take every precaution to protect your information both on-line and off-line. Your privacy is our concern. This web site is fully integrated with PayPal, one of the leading secure payment providers. Sensitive information is only requested on pages that are located on the PayPal secure servers and this information cannot be accessed or viewed by anyone. This means that we at Chocdock Store do not see your credit card details at all. Details are not stored on the Internet or on any of our own computers. No PayPal account required to pay for the goods at Chocdock store. There is an option to pay via PayPal without creating the account.
All transactions are encrypted using 256 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) architecture (dependent on browser support), and are signed using GeoTrust digital certificates.
Despite this attention to security we do understand that some people prefer not to enter their details on-line. If you have such concerns you can pay by alternative methods. Payment by Cheque or Bank Transfer can be chosen at the checkout. In this case, in the order confirmation e-mail you will find a detail instruction how to pay off-line. Please be aware that off-line payments take longer to process.

In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, an order can be cancelled in writing within 7 working days from the day of delivery. No Returns are accepted unless they have an authorization code from us. Please contact us either by email or phone. A return address must be obtained as well.
Goods should be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and unused (e.g. if you have opened the parcel to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product). We regret that we are unable to accept returns on food products if the packaging has been opened or tampered with in any way unless the product is of unsatisfactory quality. Any ‘Free Gift’ received with the products must also be returned. If they are not returned in such a condition we retain the right to claim damages and losses.
It will be your responsibility to return the goods to us. However, in some circumstances we may be able to collect the goods but please be aware that a charge will be made for this service (this charge will vary according to the size, dimension and value of the goods so please contact us for a quote).
ANY design, quantity or other order amendments must be submitted in writing and confirmed by us. Whilst we always do our best to accommodate amendments, once the order has been received, we cannot accept responsibility for incorrect details, misspelt words etc.
